I probably forgot to think of some things. Things might be making sense or not, I know this is a very short technical summary of things. Just wanted to share this with you guys. Letting you know I'm on top of development. Very eager to release the beta this month and start making tutorials.

Ronald

There's so many reasons I am crazy excited to share this with you guys. Words can't really describe how awesome this really is.

I'm constantly itterating, making the workflow as optimized as possible. Creating that strong foundation of many choices that I feel needs to be made before sharing a beta version. Taking on some projects working with other vt software that reflect again which things are necesary to have inside 360Crafter. It's mostly based on actual experience working for clients.

There's a huge amount of possibilities and I love taking them all on. At the same time I know things need to be tested tested tested all the time. There's this balancing between personal life and business life and working out 360Crafter. Sometimes I feel frustrated how long it all takes for me to get to that point of releasing a beta. At the same time I did all of this in less than a year without a team of developers.

I feel extremely grateful for all the support on 360Crafter. So many people are extremely eager and curious to start using 360Crafter.

Soon!!

AHHH I know "soon" is such an incredible challenging word to share 😂

Hi Ronald. Whatever it is you're up to, I know I'll want to learn about it. Very best wishes to you. I am waiting to learn. :)

Ronald

Kevin Dole Heyy Kevin!! 😁 Looking forward to show it to you!!

I'm really enjoying 360Crafter. It's simple, fast, and has a lot of potential! 😊

One thing I'm still a little confused about is the desktop and mobile design workflow. It would be great to have separate Desktop and Mobile editing sections, similar to 3DVista. Right now, when I switch to the mobile view, I still see many desktop elements, which makes it a bit confusing while designing.

Also, I noticed your sample tours have really nice menu animations. How can I add the same animations to my own tours? A short tutorial or documentation on this would be very helpful.

Looking forward to future updates. Great work so far! 🚀

Ronald

Sivan VR creator No it's not going to be similar to 3DVista, it's going to be better than that. With 3DVista you will never have more than a "desktop" and a "mobile" version, while screens vary in sizes. There's no tablet size for example.

The standard for designing responsively is to use breakpoints. Currently there is "base" (similar to desktop), "tablet", and "mobile". Once this stands stable, then you can add more breakpoints as well, giving you much more flexibility depending how far you want to take things in terms of responsive design. Having a different breakpoint for very large screens for example.

I understand things might still be a bit confusing to this responsive breakpoints design, I'm working on making that easier to understand.
